Q. Return policy ?

  • A - No return or refund policy. Exceptions given if items are defective. For defective items, you must contact me within 3 days of product delivery.
  • Defective item *Items must be in new condition, not worn, not washed & in original packaging. 
  • Refunds for defective items will be exchanged for the same product, if the product is no longer available, store credit or an item of equal value/type will be issued.
  • Sale items are finale, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Check fit guide before purchase, no exchanges/refunds for wrong sizes.

Q. Can I add to my order once I've already submitted it?

  • A - Contact me at DunhamDesigns@yahoo.com & I will attempt to add on, I can not guarantee I’ll be able to, it depends on what stage your order is in.

Q. Where is Dunham Designs located? Can I pick up locally?

  • A - We are located outside Newburg Mo. We will meet for local pickup in St. Robert- Rolla, please contact via email for pickup information before purchase.

Q. How long for my order to be processed?

  • 7-14 BUSINESS days (M-F) processing times. We strive to get your items to you as fast as we can.
  • We have no control over shipping times once it leaves us.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

  • We have a zero cancellation policy. Most every order is custom made & materials for your order are started the same day, we are charged to process payments, etc. We do apologize and hope you understand.
